Question: How can I obtain tracking information for my order?

Answer: Normally, we provide tracking information as soon as the order ships. Please contact us at sales@wayupscales.com requesting your shipping information should you have not received any tracking information.

Question: What is the shipping time cut-off for overnight scale orders?

 

Answer: 12pm (noon) PST (Pacific Standard Time) is the cut-off time for scale(s) orders to make delivery on the following day. So if you place an order at 1 pm your order will ship overnight, the following day. This rule applies for all expedited shipments. All orders are subject to hold Way Up Scale for any reason. 

Question: What if my order was never received?

Answer: Kindly contact the respective shipping provider that was responsible for delivering the package. Should you contact the shipping company, then please record documentation stating that the product was in fact loss so that Way Up Scales may provide you the proper support.

 

Question: Has my order shipped?

Answer: Typically, we provide shipping information in the same business day as most products are in-stock and ready for shipment. If your equipment is taking longer than expected to ship, then please contact us at info@wayupscales.com.

 

Question: What is your return policy?

Answer: Please find our Return Policy guidelines here. All returns are subject to the discretion of Way Up Scales.

Answer: Kindly contact our Support Team via email or phone within 48 hours of receiving shipment to return your product.

 

Question:  Is my credit/debit card information secure?

Answer: Yes, Way Up Scales utilizes one of the most prominent encrypted payment processors in modern history to ensure all customer payments are not subject to any negative repercussions.

 

Question: Does Way Up Scales ship outside of the United States?

Answer:  We currently only fulfill orders via our website for customers within the United States. All other countries kindly send us an email at sales@wayupscales.com to receive a formal quote for your specific location. We love international customers and some of our longest and most fruitful business relationships are through international customers so please contact us today and we’ll be glad to assist.

 

Question:  What forms of payment does Way Up Scales accept?

Answer: Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express,etc.) We also accept checks made payable to Way Up Scales (Net 30, Net 60, and Net 90). As of June 27, 2017, Way Up Scales became the first industrial and scientific distributor to accept BitCoin payment Bitcoin uses (P2P) peer-to-peer technology to function without any central authority or large banks. Managing transactions and the issuing of bitcoins is carried out solely by your respective cryptocurrency network. Payments on your credit card or bank statement will appear as Way Up Scales. Please contact our Finance Department if you have any questions regarding your form of payment.

 

Question: What state do your charge a tax for?

Answer: Purchases from the state of Nevada are subject to the respective county’s tax rate unless a reseller’s permit is brandished for the review and storage (for tax purposes) of Way Up Scales.

Answer: Yes, Way Up Scales accepts Purchase Orders. Please contact us so we can coordinate the shipment of your order as soon as possible.

Answer: Kindly contact one of our customer service representatives who will be glad to provide you a copy of your order invoice.
