Not all scale products are going to appear as seen in the photo; some high accuracy balances are made-to-order so not every scale is going to be the same. 

Shipping

Free UPS Ground shipping is for online orders greater than or equal to $199. Products are shipped via UPS or FedEx depending where you are located in the U.S or if we are shipping internationally your balance will ship once payment has been received. All shipping times given in the shopping cart are not guaranteed by Way Up Scales. They are PROJECTED figures. Way Up Scales will not be held liable for shipments that take longer due to unforeseen events. As always, we strive to ship all orders the same day they are placed, but we cannot control external factors including but not limited to the weather, shipping carrier errors, manufacturer delays, etc.

Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty Period

Return Period Policy: Way Up Scales has a 14-day return policy for any unopened, unused product (unless otherwise specified in either the product description) from date of purchase. Products are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.
Refund Policy: Way Up Scales will not accept refunds for any product that has already shipped.
Exchange Policy: No exchange of items or money will be processed until the original item/part has been returned to Way Up Scales and evaluated. Shipping for any exchanged product(s) is at the customer's expense. Any product received for exchange that is deemed still functional, not sold by Way Up Scales, out of warranty, or damaged through misuse will be disposed without exchange.
Warranty Period: While some of the products purchased from Way Up Scales can be subject to manufacturer warranties, Way Up Scales has sole discretion to honor returns or exchanges for said product(s). If deemed valid, Way Up Scales will endeavor to provide you with a suitable replacement for your defective product (a suitable replacement is defined as a product of the same brand or value). Always email us at sales@wayupscales.com before sending any product back for warranty/exchange consideration to get correct instructions.

Limitation Of Liability

Way Up Scales is not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. By purchasing products from Way Up Scales you certify and agree that you are at least 18 years of age. You further agree and understand that no claims, either positive or negative, are implied or expressed by Way Up Scales of a medicinal or therapeutic nature. Way Up Scales will not be held liable for misuse of any products sold, nor any personal and/or property damage, illness, injury or financial loss caused by the use of any/all products (or the inability to use thereof), purchased from Way Up Scales. You understand that products sold by Way Up Scales, have not been reviewed by the FDA and are not intended to treat, diagnose, prevent and/or cure any disease. Typographical Errors

In the event that a Way Up Scales product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Way Up Scales reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Way Up Scales reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and paid for. If your payment has already been processed for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Way Up Scales will issue a credit to your account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Way Up Scales without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination
